What this website is for

This site is here to help parents, carers, prospective families and the local community find information about Cwm Primary School, such as term dates, news, the dinner menu, admissions, and how to get in touch. It isn't a portal for submitting anything except the absence form, and it doesn't process any payments. Dinner money and trips go through ParentPay, which has its own separate terms.

Keeping information accurate

We do our best to keep everything on this site, from term dates and menus to news and contact details, correct and up to date, and the school office updates it directly. Mistakes can still happen. If anything here looks wrong, or if something is time-critical, please ring the office on 01495 364825 to check, rather than relying on the website alone.

You're welcome to view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, for example printing the term dates for your fridge. Photos of children appear on this site only with the right permissions in place. See our privacy notice for how to ask for one to be removed.

This site links to services we don't run ourselves, for example Hwb, ParentPay, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Estyn, and the learning platforms listed on our learning at home page. We link to these because they're useful, not as an endorsement of everything on them, and we aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information. Check their own terms and privacy notices separately.
